once again the British have come
to save us. they saved us from disco in the early
80’s with wonderful bands like the smiths. Now they
have saved us from mindless generation-X style music
so prevailent in the US days I absolutely love “your
woman” and that means a lot from someone who
hates almost everything. We shouldn’t have revolted.
I will be interested in hearing the rest of the
album

Hi i love the music keep producing
good up beat songs like “your woman” those
are good songs. there are alot of good songs on
the cd other than the one i mention listen to the

I had never even heard of White
Town until “Your Woman” woke me up this
morning on my clockradio. I haven’t been able to
get the “dum dum da-dum dum da-dum dum da-dum
dum” out of my head all day! But I am very
impressed with the song and your page. Done well!

Your Woman is excellent. The vid
caught my eye first, then I picked up a magazine
with a CD sampler in it that just happened (just
pure luck) have the song on it. I’ve just read an
article on them in the magazine that the sampler
came in (CMJ New Music Monthly for April GREAT CD
overall). But know nothing else about them. What’s
their history?
